This study is based on recent scientific productions on educational policy. The researches that are being carried out to achieve the quality of education are related to the processes of educational governance. Thus, governance is one of the most relevant for the teaching of student learning. The present research is the main evidence of the governance of basic education in Brazil, for this is the evaluation of the evaluation of the governance of social education in nobasic in the country. It was used as a mixed approach of research, a methodology based on the documental and adopted analysis, and a structure of governmental analysis (GAF), based on the observation and analysis of the processes of governance that help in the identification of problems of the research.
