Gauthier, Fernando Alvaro Ostuni2024-01-292024-01-292014-11-26https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14135/929One of the purposes of Prova Brasil is to produce information to subsidize decision-making aspects on different issues of the educational management, including schools. However, recent studies reports that schools are using none, or close to none, of the information disclosed on the evaluations. Considering the contribution on knowledge Management, it is known that the management of information coming from the organizations, especially the ones coming from public administration, must contemplate both processes of creation and storage, as well as the processes of sharing and adhibition. Against this set up, this research embraced the idea that the quality of the information must be designed according to the user perspective and, for this reason, will seek to ensure a set of attributes to meet their needs. To be able to understand the needs, demands and difficulties of the users into getting hold of the information, we performed a data collection through semi-structured interviews applied to a sample of four schools and two intermediate units of educational management into two estates. The data was analyzed based on the Grounded Theory and revealed the necessity to improve both the process of disclosure as well as the process of appropriation of the outcome.
